Delivering corporate events in iconic venues always adds an extra layer of interest. Our recent conference production for Cognizant at Wembley Stadium was a perfect example of how the right setting, combined with thoughtful AV and video production, can elevate an event.
We regularly deliver events across a wide range of venues from compact meeting spaces to large-scale spaces and hosting the event at Wembley brought undeniable value. Wembley Stadium is a globally recognised landmark and the ability to host a corporate conference within the stadium instantly gave the event a sense of prestige and memorability.
The pitch views throughout the event space created a powerful visual backdrop, reinforcing the importance of the occasion and offering something far more engaging than a standard hotel or conference centre environment.

For this conference, we delivered a full AV setup designed to support panel sessions, presentations, and audience interaction.
The production included:
This flexible AV configuration ensured that content was visible and accessible from all areas of the room, while maintaining a clean, professional look.

A key visual element of the event was the 5m x 2.4m TFS (tension fabric system) backdrop, which framed the stage.
This solution offered several advantages:
Using a TFS backdrop allowed us to create a strong branded environment without complex build requirements, perfect for venues like Wembley where timing and logistics can be challenging.

Alongside the live event production, we captured a series of vox pop interviews and content to extend the value of the conference post-event day.
Vox pops were filmed in a separate meeting room to ensure clean audio and distraction-free responses. CEO interviews were filmed overlooking the pitch, intentionally showcasing the Wembley setting.
This approach allowed us to produce a mix of polished, professional insights and authentic attendee reactions, which was ideal for use across social media, internal communications, and future marketing campaigns.
