Our story
Simplify, standardise, streamline
Event building can be complex and chaotic, especially when there are multiple stakeholders, processes, and suppliers involved. We saw our clients struggle using old technology and clunky tools, which slowed down and overcomplicated the process. We knew there was a better way of doing things.
Failure: a portal to discovery
One of the first virtual events we produced failed. As painful as that was, it kicked off an intense period of exploration. We needed to understand why it didn’t work. We obsessively explored platforms, conferencing technologies, and production software to find the best combination for producing virtual events at scale.
Modernising event building
We broke the system, rebuilt it, tested it, and integrated feedback from our clients. Once we got the process right, we built the blueprint. We now have a versatile workflow that has helped us to successfully produce hundreds of live events. This allows us to create a seamless event experience for our clients and their audience.

Over in the US?
Our sister-brand, New York Filmed, offers full-scale production support across the States. From AV support and live streaming to video production, event filming, and photography, our experienced team delivers the same high-quality service you’d expect from our UK operations, tailored to events and projects across the US.
