Live Stream for MICO 2025 Tour

We collaborated with Gene Albury on the MICO 2025 Internet Hometown Hero world tour, delivering a live stream that brought the in-room experience to a global audience via Twitch. Alongside a full in-person crowd, the broadcast reached over 11,000 concurrent viewers at peak moments, showing how live streaming can meaningfully extend the reach of a physical event while maintaining its energy and sense of connection. Our pre-production and on-site team worked closely with the client to deliver the project within a 7 day timeframe, ensuring every element was covered despite the tight turnaround.

Streaming platform Twitch was chosen as the primary streaming destination. Twitch has evolved into a live-first culture platform that’s widely used for music, DJ sets, talk formats and creator-led live events. Artists are increasingly turning to Twitch because the audiences are accustomed to long-form live content and actively participate in real time, rather than just passively viewing.

Delivery & engagement

Throughout the stream, viewers actively engaged via live chat, reactions and comments, creating a sense of shared presence between the online audience and those in the room. This two-way interaction helped sustain momentum, build hype and made the broadcast feel dynamic rather than just observational.

To support this, we delivered a full broadcast setup on site, including four camera operators (two roaming and two fixed), a dedicated sound engineer, a live stream engineer and two producers overseeing the run of show. Our sales lead was also present to maintain close communication with the client, ensuring alignment and responsiveness throughout the event.

The result

By pairing a professionally produced multi-camera live stream with an interactive platform like Twitch, the event successfully balanced production quality with audience engagement. The result was a live experience that worked equally well for those in the room and those watching remotely, reinforcing the value of live streaming as a tool for scale, community and impact. This project highlights how the right platform, combined with experienced on-site delivery, can transform a live event into a shared global moment.
