  • 1. Understand what engagement truly means in a virtual context

Start out by setting some clear expectations – of your event, and of yourself. You’re looking to engage in an entirely different way.

The way that your speakers engage with your audience from a stage versus a screen is very different.   • 5. Revise your schedule design
